A magnitude 5.4 earthquake was reported south of the Kermadec Islands, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake occured Wednesday 15th October 2025 15:07 GMT and struck at a depth of 10 kilometers.
It is not likely this earthquake caused significant damage.
